Fluorapatite crystals of hexagonal shape disposed on a matrix of hyaline Quartz crystals and accompanied by Siderite crystals. The Fluorapatites are translucent to transparent with a very uniform nice pink colour and very well-defined hexagonal faces, truncated by the pinacoids and faces of the dipyramid. The color of these Apatites varies a little depending on the type of lights, it is a bit pale in daylight and more saturated under incandescent lighting. It is accompanied by well defined Siderite crystals with a very aesthetic green brown colour, arranged very aerially on the specimen. High quality specimen from a recent find in the Kami mine, in excellent condition.

CA04 - Rhodochrosite. N'Chwaning II Mine, N'Chwaning Mines, Joe Morolong, John Taolo Gaetsewe, Northern Cape, South Africa.
A historical piece. A classic example of the highly desirable and beautiful Rhodochrosites from the N'Chwaning Mines in South Africa. These specimens feature some of the most intensely colored examples of the species and the wonderful "dogtooth" scalenohedral habit. This is a group of scalenohedral crystals of Rhodochrosite with the exceptional deep red color that has made these Rhodochrosites so famous. The crystals are transparent, very bright and are on Manganite matrix with a great contrast. The sample is from the well known find of 1978 and it comes from an old collection. A magnificent classic of African mineralogy. These specimens are among the most sought after examples of Rhodochrosite from any world locality, and miniature sized matrix pieces like this one are certainly valued by collectors.

CA06- Fuorite with Ferberite, Siderite and Arsenopyrite. Panasqueira mines, Aldeia de Sao Francisco de Assis, Covilha, Castelo Branco, Portugal.
Cabinet size specimen from the world famous Panasqueira mines. The Fluorites from Panasqueira are usually small crystals, not larger than 1 cm. This piece is one of the largest Fluorites I have ever seen from Panasqueira in 35 years. It shows an exceptional color zoning and it is very bright. It is accompanied by Ferberite crystals, Siderite and Arsenopyrite. From a 2021 find in the 1st level of the mine. Only three of these larger specimens were recovered by the miners. A nice Panasqueira Fluorite suitable for both the most demanding Panasqueira and Fluorite collectors.

CA09 - Stibnite. Ichinokawa Mine, Saijo City, Ehime Prefecture, Japan.
Stibnite crystals from the famous and long-closed Ichinokawa Mine of Japan are considered absolute classics. Primary
production of these lustrous, silver-gray crystals was from 1875-1900. This one is a biterminated crystal of Stibnite, lustrous, and with nice striations on the faces. A
classic very difficult to find nowadays and it comes from an old mineral collection. It is in excellent condition and much more considering the age and size of this crystal. The quality is
really excellent and this remains a highly representative specimen of the species and this famous locality. Considered the world's finest until Romanian and Chinese material came to market. Even
then, Japanese Stibnites hold a place of honor.
